Gnats:
3B prospect Jenry Marte was placed on the DL and Rylan Sandoval was activated. Sandoval was a 30th round pick by the Mets in 2007 but went to Long Beach State University (2009: .250/.321/.375/.696 in 96-AB) instead. He had been playing in the Arizona Winter League prior to the Mets signing him in February.

The Mets released OF Evan LeBlanc... LeBlanc was a 23rd rounder in the 2008 draft, and hit a combined .197/.272/.270/.542 in 2009 for K-Port, the Clones, and Savannah... 152-AB... .542 OPS...
