LAST GAME:
Binghamton salvaged a split in the four-game set
with New Hampshire thanks to a 4-2 triumph over the Fisher
Cats Sunday afternoon. Righty Scott Shaw produced the best
outing for a B-Mets starter thus far in 2010. He threw 6.2
innings and allowed just two runs on five hits to win his third
straight start. Roy Merritt fired the final 2.1 innings in scoreless
fashion to notch his second save of the season. D.J.
Wabick led the way at the plate with a 2-4 showing, both hits
being doubles. He has now hit in six straight games. Jonathan
Malo also managed a two-hit day and recorded an outfield
assist, gunning down Darin Mastroianni at the plate in the
eighth inning to help maintain the one-run lead.
STARTING PITCHING MATCHUP: LHP Mike Antonini will make
his second consecutive start against the Sea Dogs tonight. His

Hadlock Field, allowing six runs in three innings to take the
loss in the 15-3 rout. On the year, Miller is 0-1 with a 6.92
ERA in three starts covering 12 innings. Throughout his career
in the Red Sox organization, Miller has been a reliever, until
the end of 2009 when he made three starts with Portland. He

and carried a 2.76 ERA in 94.2 innings. He was signed
as a non-drafted free agent July 21, 2007 by Boston.

when he notched wins in his last three turns in the rotation
