Why did they trade for a pitcher that can only throw 5 innings?
My thoughts exactly. Makes no sense. They settled for an available guy that didn't cost a major prospect.
They must be a big market team :-(
and why can't they employ a couple guys that can throw 3 or 4 innings out of the pen? seems like the same thing every night . .starter goes 5, then 4 more to get them through 9 . . in trouble when extra innings come along.
Who do they need to keep?
Alonzo?
Nimmo?
Diaz?
They’re stuck with Lindor, unfortunately. And McCan.
I used to love McNeal but it looks like he’s been exposed as a part timer.
