Mack's spin -
A lot of clout for a 'little guy' (5-9), but basically a hit for average guy.

30 Robert Moore 2B Arkansas
Son of Kansas City Royals GM Dayton Moore, Robert was a highly regarded 2020 prep prospect before enrolling early at Arkansas prior to the 2020 season. A switch-hitter at the plate, Moore has a short and compact swing and has hit for average in his career at Arkansas, with a batting average hovering around .300. For a smaller player, Moore's power has been surprising in 2021, tapping into a good bit of juice in Fayetteville. He's got more pop from the left side of the plate, but both swing mechanics are similar. Moore oozes athleticism and has shown great range and defense at second base. Some scouts believe he has a shot at playing shortstop, but if he's forced to stick at second base he projects at least a plus defender.

Robert Moore, 2B, Arkansas University (Ark.)
The middle infielder is the son of Kansas City Royals General Manager (GM) Dayton Moore. The Tigers might be in a race with the American League (AL) Central division to scoop up Moore.
Moore has been with the Razorbacks for the past two seasons and will look to have a strong third season with them in 2022.

Robert Moore, SS, Arkansas
Moore was a highly-regarded prospect as a prep player in 2020. But he enrolled a semester early at Arkansas, removing himself from the draft. Now, Moore is one of the top college-eligible prospects in the 2022 MLB draft. The switch-hitter uses a short compact swing and is more of an average over power hitter.
Defensively, Moore has the traits to handle shortstop, but second base might be his future position.

Robert Moore is your prototypical Arkansas Razorback infielder. At just 5-foot-9, he doesn't bring the loudest package of tools to the table, but what he lacks in physical presence he makes up for in game-instincts and hustle. Moore has a hit tool scouts have slapped a 55 on, as well as a plus run tool. There's some pop in the bat too. His final position is yet to be determined. He's a shortstop now, but may shift to second base as a pro.

Son of Kansas City Royals general manager Dayton Moore, Robert early enrolled into Arkansas – like Nate Savino – and quickly made an impact in the middle of Arkansas’ star-studded lineup. I’ve been wrong about Moore numerous times, and seriously underrated his incredible baseball IQ. He’s a remarkable student with a plus work ethic. The shortstop’s swing seemed a bit flat to out of high school to the naked eye, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. He’s got pretty good bat angles at contact and launch with impressive exit velocities on his BIP, especially for his size. Whether or not Moore shifts to shortstop with Casey Martin gone will be a huge part of his draft stock, but Cayden Wallace (2022 eligible as sophomore) could battle him for that spot leading up to next spring.
