I'm pretty happy with the promotions, and if you follow the minors or regularly coast Mack's Mets, you'd have seen this coming. However, I would've liked to have seen Lagarus or Zepata also head north. Why not Kaplan? Why not Satin? There's no way anyone deserves to play second in AAA more than Satin. I'm sure theres a reason for his lack of movement, but if anyone deserves a promotion its him. AAA's Hu sure as shit isn't going to help us in the future, hes already proven to be overmatched. Joshua Satin is already up there in age has racked in every level they've put him in. If not now, then when? If he was 21, I believe people would have him as a top ten prospect in the Mets system, especially if you look at all of his numbers. He seems like he could be a Justin Turner type, where no one really ever took him too serious, but if he was given a chance, I'd bet he'd flourish. Seems to have more pop then Turner aswell if you go by SLG percentages.

I agree with you regarding both Zapata and Lagarus. The Binghamton outfield should be totally replaced.

Kaplan has struggled lately and I'm sure they are holding him back working on his problems.

Satin is the forgotton man. He's blocked at every position and I guess you don't need a Justin Turner type if you already have Justin Turner. Also, his fielding is only one step above Daniel Murphy.
