Cano continues to not impress

I'm still curious if TJ Rivera can latch on with some team. It seems his bat has lost a little mustard. He is getting older.

TJ will most likely sign a minor league contract with somebody. He signed with the Phillies and Nationals these last two years. He may prefer a team from the North East. TJ playing a lot of 1st Base this Winter. Hopefully arm is fully recovered from the Tommy John Operation.

FYI, Brandon Drury is still a Free Agent. He was a valuable bench piece for NY this year and can play the Infield and Outfield. Maybe the Matt Reynolds signing was to fill that spot but Drury may be a worthwhile pick up as well.

Drury might have earned another opportunity.

TJ won't be back in Queens, I'd imagine, but for a guy who, in 2016-17 hit a bit over .300, you have to wonder if he can reactivate that bat. Jose Martinez finds himself in the same boat.
