Yet a pitcher with Feliciano’s track record probably can get a multiyear contract, albeit at a lower salary per season. According to section 3.16 of MLB rulebook, fan interference results in a dead ball and may be cause for an out: When there is spectator interference with any thrown or batted ball, the ball shall be dead at the moment of interference and the umpire shall impose such penalties as in his opinion will nullify the act of interference. He’s been around so long, he was originally signed by the Mets when Steve Phillips was the GM — yet, he just turned only 26 years old two weeks ago. Petit has been solid but unspectacular ever since being part of the Carlos Delgado deal. He spent last year as a reliever in AAA, and wasn’t bad. If we believe his birth certificate he might be worth stashing in Buffalo. - link

Any idea if Juan Centeno will still be playing with the Brooklyn Cyclones in June 2011??
My guess right now is he will move on to Savannah this season
And how sure are you that he will move on ? because i know he was out a lot last season because of a pulled hamstring
Oh, I, nor anyone else is sure about anything at this point..
I'm just giving you my educated guess.
Blake Forsythe will move on from Savannah to St. Lucie, leaving any combination of two or three lower level catchers to go there.
Centeno is as close as a catching prospect that the Mets have right now and he would be best served on a full season team.
He could remain in Brooklyn and Savannah would have Albert Cordero, and Juan Torres.
We'll see in April.
