Travis Jankowski Video 

 I watched projected 1st rounder and 2011 Cape Cod League MVP Travis Jankowski of Stony Brook play a double header on Saturday at Yale Field. Jankowski is a good runner and plus defender in centerfield. His power tends towards the gap to gap variety but he's not a small guy at 6'3" (though wiry framed with narrow shoulders) and he has surprising pop in his bat. He's a patient and selective hitter and its easy to envision him developing into a quality major league leadoff type.
