Inclement Weather Forces B-Mets Postponement

 

BINGHAMTON,NY – The Binghamton Mets 6:35pm against the Erie SeaWolves has been postponeddue to inclement weather. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheaderat NYSEG Stadium on July 13 at 5:35 PM. The teams will play two seven-inningcontests with gates opening at 5:00 PM for the twin bill.

 

Wednesday’srainout represents the first postponement this season for the Binghamton club.

 

Ticketholdersfor tonight’s game can redeem their ticket for one of equal or lesser value toany future 2012 regular season home game, excluding July 3.

 

TheB-Mets (2-3) will hit the road for a week-long roadtrip that will bring them toPortland, Maine for four and Manchester, New Hampshire for three. Theirfour-game set with the Sea Dogs begins tomorrow night with first pitch set for6:00pm. RHP Collin McHugh (0-1, 3.60) will take on RHP Brock Huntzinger (0-1,12.00).
