I saw this team having a lot of 6-5 ball games being a .500 team - good offense, better but still poor defense, so - so pitching. Pitching and defense has been better than thought but offense has died.
Pitching worried me throughout - way too many bullpen games - starters not going more than 5 innings - can only patch things together for so long. Needed Jake to come back or a deal for legitimate arm. Too many Sandy seasons have a lot of wishing and hoping for people to get healthy - this one no different.
Carrasco done? Pretty awful. Hitters suck. This is their playoffs - I hear the crash. The burn will follow soon
