Bisons:

10 great places for a baseball pilgrimage:

Coca-Cola Field - Buffalo -
"Baltimore's Camden Yards gets most of the credit for establishing the retro look in new baseball stadiums," Knight says. "But the true pioneer was Buffalo's Coca-Cola Field, which opened four years earlier in 1988. It was the first new ballpark designed to blend in with existing historic buildings in the city center." Home to the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons, the park also hosts the National Buffalo Wing Festival each Labor Day weekend. 716-846-2000; bisons.com -  usatoday

New Web Site:

Today the Binghamton Mets launched a redesigned website in partnership with Major League Baseball Advanced Media's Minor League Department. While the URL is the same - www.bmets.com - the new website has received a complete overhaul including the addition of several new features.

As part of the new website, fans will get a game center, which will include live scoring updates, updated player stats, upcoming promotions, schedules and complete news coverage of your B-Mets.

Tickets will be easier to order as well, and fans can look under the 'tickets' tab for great deals on season tickets, single game tickets and more. Also, the re-designed site will give fans easier access to the B-Mets social networking sites, such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and will include links to blogs, New York Mets news and much more.
MLB Advanced Media, employing the same award-winning resources & ground breaking technologies used to create mlb.com, first launched the MiLB.com network in 2005. Now encompassing over 160 club and league sites in 2010, the MiLB.com network is the ultimate resource on the web for Minor League Baseball, providing baseball fans with an unparalleled amount of editorial and multimedia content, game and player stats, team information and ticketing opportunities
