with Dylan Owen on the one-hit masterpiece. Mejia tossed a

season-long seven innings and allowed the one hit, while

walking two and striking out a season-best eight men to earn

his first win. Owen hurled the final two frames and combined

with Mejia to retire the final 13 hitters that came to the plate.

The B-Mets jumped out to an early 2-0 lead with a Jordany

Valdespin RBI single and a Josh Satin solo homer in the first

inning. Satin and Salomon Manriquez added RBI doubles in

the fifth off starter Rey Gonzalez. Gonzalez was hung with his

Brahiam Maldonado rounded out the scoring with a

solo homer in the eight off former B-Mets righty Clint Everts.
