can you please find out more about tyler skaggs ? I heard his last outing he threw a no-hitter all most a perfect game. the only runner stuck out but the catcher droped the ball and the runner was safe at first? also heard tommy lasorda was at the game to see skaggs with about 30 scouts and cross checkers? a lot of rumors about this kid can some one verify any of this? and the last item his K/BB ratio 8 to 1 56 Ks to 7 BB ?
