Montero and Thor...2 pieces of meat that need about 3 months of additional seasoning...the Medlen and Beachy situations again show the # of bullets in pitchers' arms are finite, so let's waste them in Vegas.

The Medlen Beachy situations show that you can never have enough depth.....and having these guys ready and waiting in AAA is probably better than any other team can say. Thor does need additional work in AAA to refine his 3rd pitch before he's in the rotation full time. What better coach to do that then Frank Viola who's in AAA this year. Montero is ready IMO.

Lagares is not going anywhere. Flores may have a legitimate shot at winning the SS job if Tejada's poor play continues. Outside of Synder and Montero who are the better players?
