At first glance, I find this interesting, but I'm not ready to declare that the Jason Bay contract is a bad one.

I'd like to think that Bay just had the same year David Wright had a year before.

And, with all the good stuff going on in the front office, I see nothing but blue sky ahead for players like Jason.

Yes, the Mets desperately need pitching, but I'll hang in there with Bay. Now, if you said K-Rod, or Carlos...
