Brad Miller: - 11-8-10 from: - http://diamondscapescouting.com/rankings_usacnttop15_09082010.html - inf Clemson (Jr.) Miller made nice strides this spring, hitting for average and some power while showing a keen understanding of the strikezone (walking in just under 17% of his plate appearances while striking out in just 14% of the same). While his power began to develop with metal during the spring season, his strength and bat speed are still lacking with wood. His swing is solid, showing lift and carry when he centers the ball, and the chance for average power as he continues to physically mature. Defensively, Miller is capable of holding down all four infield positions at the college level but probably profiles best to second base as a pro, provided his footwork continues to improve. He could profile as an offensive-minded second baseman with average pop and and an average to tick above-average glove. If by chance he cannot hold down second, he also has the athleticism to shift to the outfield if needed.
Kevin Mathews: - 11-5-10: - http://www.perfectgame.org/Articles/View.aspx?article=5095 – WWBA stars - LHP Kevin Matthews (Midland Redskins): The 5-10 Matthews dominated hitters at WWBA events in the past when he was throwing 86-88 mph. Now he’s throwing 90-92 with an 83 mph slider with depth. Remember, height/size is far less a factor with pro scouts for a southpaw than it is a right hander.
Kyle Winkler: - 11-8-10 from: - http://diamondscapescouting.com/rankings_usacnttop15_09082010.html - rhp Texas Christian (Jr.) Despite a plus fastball with heavy action, an emerging plus slider and an improving change-up, Winkler is likely to draw differing opinions from evaluators for a variety of reasons. The most obvious is his sub-6-foot frame and softish build, which alone has led some evaluators to tag him as a future reliever. Scouts who saw Winkler in the spring likely saw a fringy breaking ball, while the pitch took a nice step forward as the TCU righty progressed into the summer. Through trials his slider was a mid-80s offering that climbed as high as 88 mph and flashed bite and tilt (approaching "downer" action on a couple of occasions as he worked it from different slots). His change-up is deceptive at times and flat at others, though it can be a true weapon as a disappearing offering in the 80-82 mph range. Though he worked exclusively in the pen this summer, Winkler is a starter at the collegiate level and should bump-up to Saturday responsibilities in 2011 after serving primarily as the Sunday starter in 2010 behind Maxwell and Purke. If he can tighten his physique some and improve the consistency of his secondaries, he could drastically improve his stock for the draft. As it stands, he profiles as a potential Top 100 overall talent.

Update: - Alex Newman - he hit .428 during the 2011 Senior Fall Classic in Peoria, AZ. He appears to have added 10 lbs of upper body muscle since the spring CIF championship series without any impact on his above average speed in CF or base stealing. Has a high waist, lean athletic build that holds nice potential to continue to develop as he matures. While he's more of a line drive, gap to gap hitter who can work deep into 2 strike counts, Alex has exhibited 350 - 400' flyball power to LF & RF when the situation warrants it. - http://openid.aol.com/optimizerxtmp
