D1 Game Notes –
Henry Sisson
PLAYER OF
THE DAY: Henry Sisson, LHP, Davidson - The
Wildcats certainly haven't had a good season thus far, but the freshman
left-handed pitcher gave them something to cheer about Friday in a 1-0 win over
Wofford. Sisson tossed a no-hitter in the win over the Terriers. He struck out
nine batters and walked just three in the complete game performance. The
no-hitter was the first since Davidson's Wes Self tossed one in 2001 against
High Point. http://www.perfectgame.org/Articles/View.aspx?article=6871
