Q (Mike) - Who do you view as the top right-handed high school pitcher in the 2013 draft class? David Rawnsley - I think you ask 30 scouting directors that and you'll get at least 10 different answers. PG has Kohl Stewart ranked the highest, but Jordan Sheffield and Carlos Salazar probably have more arm strength. Dustin Driver and Casey Shane don't throw as hard but are much more polished. Personally, it's not going to shock me if Shane is the top guy, if not in June, then in about 3-5 years.
