After the Mets loaded the bases against Stephen Stratsburg on a single, error and hit-by-pitch, Michael Cuddyer, Daniel Murphy and Travis d'Arnaud each drove in runs on singles to give the Mets a 4-0 lead. David Wright drove in two more in the 6th.
The win moved the Mets to a game behind the 1st place Atlanta Braves who had the day off.
