Figgy pitched 4 scoreless innings, not 3. He came in with the score tied 3-3 in the 6th innings, and shut out the Cardinals in the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th innings on 1 hit. St. Louis had 3 runs and 8 hits off Nieve/Livingston.
