Heating Up: Over his last 26 games since June 27th, Wilfredo Tovar is 38-for-96 (.396) with 17 RBIs, three home runs, eight doubles, 17 walks, and nine strikeouts. Since June 27th, Tovar leads the league with his .396 batting average and is first with a .491 on-base percentage. Tovar has hits in 25 of his last 27 games. Tovar has hit four home runs in his last 29 games played after not hitting a home run in his first 23 games…Drew Jackson since July 1st is 26-for-72 (.361) with 15 RBIs and three home runs in 25 games. In his first 41 games, Jackson hit .210 with 15 RBIs and three home runs.
