Christian Rodriguez is a 2023 RHP/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Coral Springs, FL who attends Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS. Recorded a 7.12 second 60-yard dash time. Strong, compact build with present physicality well-proportioned throughout. Primary right-handed pitcher with an easy delivery and stiffer front leg landing. Some effort at release with a longer arm action. High three-quarters arm slot with good rotation through finish. Fastball peaked at 93 mph with excellent life. Creates angle when down but attacks with the fastball. Changeup is go-to secondary with lots of action while the slider has short shape. Arm strength plays from the outfield. Right-handed hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, upper half dominant swing with a downhill swing plane.
