Hachman offers one of the better fastballs in the entire prep class, especially as a left hander. Operating out of an over-the-top vertical arm slot with a ton of arm speed, the Razorbacks commit with live heavy low-90s with arm side run and has touched 95 in the past. Impressive feel for both a curveball and changeup that work well off of the fastball and miss a ton of barrels.
Ton of projection left in his long levered frame combined with high-level pitchability could allow to fit that LHP profile that seems to go high in every draft class. All that said, Hachman's command has been below average in multiple looks. That'll be a key piece as we move toward July.

Hachman joins Johnson as a premium southpaw on the USA Baseball staff, one who lit up radar guns at the East Coast Professional Showcase. There were reports of him flirting with triple digits, mixing in a solid low-80s breaking ball and a harder changeup.
