This will be the only post on Sunday at Mack's Mets.
Going to take a little brain rest on Sundays... it takes me around six hours a day to keep this site up and the Docs love the fact that all the work is keeping the old brain working... but, they also reccomend a day away from the computer once a week.
So, Sunday will basically become the day I will ask my contributer writers to add some content... and it'll be a good day to ask for your support. Yes, we could call it "Beg Sunday".
There's a lot of new viewers here... averaging over 1,000 hits a day now, so let me bring you newbies up to date with my sob song... (cue the violins...) one time big broadcast dude... now broke... on full disablilty with past brain trauma... wife can't work, no insurance... no income.

Trust me... Mack's Mets will be here, in some form, until the day I pass. I love doing this that much, but I also have to pay the bills around here. Has things changed over the years? Well, let's see... manager of top radio station in NYC... parties at Studio 54... buy radio station for 1mil, sell 4 years later for 4.4mil... the 80s fallout... begging for a $5 deduction... yeah, I'd say they've changed a little...
The season will be starting soon... we'll be updating "The Keepers"... I'll be writing live from the Savannah Sand Gnat home games.... we'll have a nightly recap of all the affiliates and how things worked out...
