After Erie scored two in the sec-ond, the B-Mets cut the deficit in half on Jose Coronado’s RBI single to centerfield. The one-run margin would be short-lived. The SeaWolves hung a three-spot in the third, capped by Mi-chael Betram’s run-scoring double. Binghamton scored their second and final run on Jean Luc Blaquiere’s double down the left field line. Erie added three more off Stoner in the fifth. The B-Mets bullpen was the lone bright spot. Ricky Brooks supplied two perfect innings and Rhiner Cruz tossed a scoreless eight and ninth.
