B-Mets Tickets Go On Sale Saturday

B-Mets Single Game Tickets on Sale Saturday

Fans will have their first opportunity to purchase single game tickets for any and all 2010 Binghamton Mets home games on Saturday, March 20th at 10 a.m. at the NYSEG Stadium box office, via the team’s website (www.bmets.com) and at the B-Mets Team Store in the Oakdale Mall, next to Gertrude Hawk Chocolates, during normal mall hours.

The stadium ticket office will continue to serve the public until season’s end Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on home game days beginning at 9 a.m. Tickets can be purchased by telephone beginning Monday, March 22nd by calling (607) 723-METS and the team’s official website will allow fans to purchase and print their tickets online, 24 hours a day.

While at NYSEG Stadium Saturday, fans can stop by in front of the box while the team holds national anthem tryouts, which is open to the public and will take place from 12-2 p.m.

Ticket prices will remain the same in 2010: $10 for box seats and $9 for reserved grandstand; with a $2 discount per ticket for youngsters 14 & under and seniors 60 & over.

“We are proud to showcase exciting B-Mets baseball and family-oriented entertainment at affordable rates our fans have become accustomed to,” remarked B-Mets Director of Ticket Operations Casey Both.

The Big League Show returns to NYSEG Stadium on Thursday, April 8th. Mirabito/Quickway Baseball Bingo and Wild Mondays All-You-Can-Eat picnic buffet join the Toyota Fireworks Series, CDPHP Friends & Family 4-Pack, Cost Cutters Kids Eat Free Family Fun & Humana Senior $4 Sunday, Two-for-Tuesday drink specials and Thirsty Thursday as season-long promotions. The team will be home for the popular Independence Day fireworks celebration on Sunday, July 4th, while also playing in the Southern Tier on Father’s Day and Memorial Day & Labor Day holiday weekends.

Season tickets, mini-packs, ticket packages, group outings and skybox rentals may still be purchased in person at the NYSEG Stadium front office or by calling (607) 723-METS. The first home game of the 2010 season will be on Thursday, April 8th at 6:35 p.m. versus the Akron Aeros (Double-A Indians). Gates will open at 5 p.m.
