Starter Eric Goeddel pitched well for 5.0 innings, allowing 1 ER, 4 H, BB, 6 K, but reliever John Church (BS, 2) gave up 1 R on 2 H to record his 2nd blown save.
Pedro Feliciano was perfect for 1.1 innings, but Chase Hutchingson (L, 3-2) surrendered the go ahead run on a hit and 2 walks in 0.2 innings, for the loss.
Allan Dykstra: 1-4, HR, 2 RBI, R.
Binghamton (43-27) takes nightcap from Richmond (35-34) 8-1.
Starter Darin Gorski (W, 1-0) got the win, his 1st since being sent down to AA, going 5.0 innings, allowing 1 ER, 3 H, 3BB, 7 K. He was followed by relievers Ryan Fraser (H, BB) and Adam Kolarek (H, 0 BB, 2 K) who each pitched a scoreless inning.
Cesar Puello: 3-3, 2B, 2 RBI, 3 R. Cesar continues to rake at AA, now hitting .338.
Allan Dykstra: 2-3, HR, 2B, BB, 3 RBI, 2 R. Dykstra’s 2nd HR of the day, his slash line is now .322/.471/.617/1.088.
St Lucie (37-30) edges Charlotte (29-38) 5-4.
Rainy Lara (W, 1-2) got his first win at AA despite having his weakest performance in the 4 games since his promotion: 5.0 IP, 3 ER, 7 H, 2 BB, 7 K. He was picked up by relievers Carlos Vazquez, Chase Bradford, and Randy Fontanez, who held the Stone Crabs scoreless the rest of the way.

In a game that I attended, there were few highlights to report.
Starter, Miller Diaz (L, 0-1) was hit hard in 4.2 IP: 5 R, 2 ER, 7 H, BB, 4 K.
Reliever, David Wynn fared better in his 1.1 IP: 0 R, H, BB, 3 K. So did Christian Chivilli, who was perfect for 2.0 innings with 3 K.
Lone offensive standout was 1B Matthew Oberste: 3-4, HR, 2 RBI, R.
DSL Rojos (6-10) blank DSL Mets1 (6-9) 6-0.
Starter Eucebio Arias: (L, 0-1) 5.1 IP, 5 R, 1 ER, 6 H, BB, 2 K.
Jorge Celis pitched a perfect 9th.
Offensively, the light were out for the DSL Mets tonight.
DSL Mets2 (10-6) top DSL Marlins (7-9) 4-2.
Starter Ramon Rodriguez (W, 1-1) was fine: 5.0 IP, 1 R, 2 H, BB, K.
Nabil Crismat (S, 1) was perfect for 2.2 innings with 3 K.
Jose Figuera: 2-5.
Alfredo Reyes: 2-5.
Carlos Sanchez: 1-3, 2 RBI.
