VIENTOS EYES HR CROWN: Mark Vientos slugged his
17th home-run of the season
last night putting him just one HR behind a share of the league lead.
Vientos is also 4th in the league with a
.587 slugging percentage and
tied with teammate Carlos
Cortes for 7th in the league with 44 RBI.
GOOD FIRST IMPRESSIONS: New Ponies OF Carlos
Rincon reached base 3 times in 4 at-bats last night on a single, walk, and
an error. Rincon was traded to the Mets from the Dodgers for OF Billy
McKinney. Before being traded, Rincon spent 2021 with Tulsa (AA-Dodgers)
hitting .263 with 12 HR and 48 RBI.
