Dunedin beat Lucy, 8-5.

As we all know, the young pitching on the Mets is really clicking right now and this is not a good time to be throwing bricks, like Angel Calero seems to be doing lately. Calero started the season on fire, but he’s now 1-5, his ERA is up to 4.21, and he’s giving uo 10 runs in list last two starts (7.2 IP). Not good when the Kaplan’s, Holt’s and Mejia’s are lighting it up.

C Frankie Pena went 3-5 and raised his batting average to .224 (.278 in his last ten games).
1B Ike Davis hit his 5th homer for the year… slugging is up to almost .500.

And RP Emary Frederick is still putting up respectful numbers (1.0 IP, 0R, 2.92), hoping someone notices.
