Just don't trade them.

No Matt Allen?

I pushed him back to 2025

Zwack is no longer in the organization. He was traded in 2022.

What about Lucchesi and what do you think about Jeffrey Colon?

My bad on Zwack

I liked what I saw re: Lucchesi but I don't consider him starter material

As for Colon, I just broke out the true starters, Colon came out of the pen mostly for Lucy last season.

Mack, I did see that Jake, post-TJS, needed 2 1/4 seasons to reach the majors so the Matt Allan 2025 could be right. I hope he beats all expectations and makes it some time in 2024.

It is great to see that beyond the 2023 dilemma on free agent pitchers, that there is a solid pipeline on the way. Even though all will not reach the end game, even some will help immensely.

Butto is marvelously positioned, and hopefully he grabs hold of the almost certain opportunity to pitch in 2023.

I still wonder about post-TJS Tony Dibrell. I doubt he’ll be on the 40 man so he could get picked. But he could well reach the bigs in 2023. Dedniel Nunez too. Similar story…more likely a reliever.

Lucchesi is a MLB veteran of over 300 innings. Hopefully, post-surgery like the other 2, he is going to be a solid contributor in 2023

I'm losing confidence that this kid will be back

As slow as Szapucki

You need 4 for every m 1 success

True, and look at how much time Jake, Zack, Matt, Matz, and Thor have missed over the years. Quantity is imperative.

Plus the Pulsipher group

Good list, Mack.

I think pitching should be the priority for the next couple of drafts, at a minimum.

The pipeline should be helped with a few extra draft picks in June from QOers.
