Noah Syndergaard pitched 2.1 perfect innings (with 2 K) prior to the game being suspended yesterday.
When play resumed today, Jim Fuller went 3.2 innings, allowing 1 R on 3 H and 2 BB. He was followed by Jeurys Familia, (L, 0-1) who gave up 1 R on 1 H and 1 BB in 1.0 innings, for the loss.
Matt Reynolds had a 3B in 4 AB, scoring the Mets’ only run, and Travis Taijeron had a 2B in 3 AB, for St. Lucie’s only XBH’s.

The game is currently in a rain delay during the top of the 7th inning.
Alex Pantaliodis pitched the first 5.0 innings, and is in line for the win if the Mets can hold the lead. He allowed 3 R, (none earned) 4 H, 2 BB, 1K.
Hamilton Bennett pitched a scoreless 6th inning with 2 H. and 2 BB. Ryan Fraser has allowed 1 R on 2 H with 1 out in the top of the 7th, when the game was halted.

Carlos Torres, is pitching a 2 hit shutout with 7K. Since May 8, when I said I thought it was time to give up on Torres, in 3+ games, he is 2-0 with a 2.25 ERA.

Omar Quintanilla: 1-1, RBI. Quintanilla, now hitting .333, was replaced by Brian Bixler in the top of the 4th inning, a sign that Omar will be playing SS for the Mets in Yankee Stadium tomorrow night, while Ruben Tejada will be seeing the sights of Sin City when the sun next sets.
