Good game for Altherr.

I have been high on Cespedes for 2020 since he put out a video of his agility and strength workouts. I felt he would have been held back from a few cold early weeks in April, then joined the team. Not at all surprised he will be ready for a late July season opener, at 100%.

Lowrie doubled off deGrom? Room on the 30 man roster as a PH?

John From Albany said...

If he can hit, we will take him.

Mack Ade said...

So... Lowrie hits it down the line of the opposite field for a triple... and winds up on first.

Wilmer Flores' brother's name is... WILMER? Is his middle initial T?

John From Albany said...

Some might say the Mets should have kept the older Wilmer Flores instead of signing Jed Lowrie. Then, if they had also kept Jose Reyes, and signed Wilmer's younger brother, they could have had Wilmer Flores on the mound, Jose Reyes at 2B, Wilmer Reyes at SS, and Wilmer Flores at 3B.
