the rest of the list... http://mlbdirt.com/2013/03/25/2013-tampa-bay-rays-top-16-prospects/

| Wil Myers (22-OF) | The best position prospect in the game not named Jurickson Profar. Myers has plus power with one of the smoothest right-handed swings in the game and he has plenty of arm for right field. He draws walks, could hit for average, and reminds me of Evan Longoria at the plate. |
| Taylor Guerrieri (20-RHP) | Armed with a plus fastball/curveball combo, plus command, and a good frame, Guerreri was already ahead of his peers and the results were proof. He still has some maturing to do but his stuff and pitchability look like a potential #2 starter. Taylor Guerrieri Interview. |
| Chris Archer (24-RHP) | Archer has the stuff of an ace with a plus fastball and a slider that flashes plus-plus to go with a starter’s frame. He is a very intelligent kid but his command and change-up still need work and he turns 25 in September. At worst he will be a high-leverage reliever but I see a true starter here. |
| Jake Odorizzi (23-RHP) | Odorizzi has above-average tools across a deep arsenal to go with great mechanics and a good frame. He is very polished and would likely be starting for most teams already. I struggled with ranking him below Archer but that is not a knock on Odorizzi who reminds me a lot of the guy he was traded for. |
