Observation
– It’s always good to go through this process once every six months so we can
fully understand each team’s access of players. We’re looking for outfielders
this time and you’re not going to pry away Puig from the Bums (can we still call
them the Bums?). The only other prospect outfielder that would be ready next
year is Alex Castellanos, who has fell a little
in projection, but is hitting .300+ in AAA right now.
Buck
would be a perfect fit for this star studded team, at least short term.

If the Dodgers have real interest innBuck, the Mets should target Joc Pederson. The MLB OF is already set with Ether, Kemp, and Crawford. If the Dodgers decide to move one of their established players, Yasiel Puig is their top prospect and is also blocking Pederson.
Pederson has a great power/speed combo and has done nothing but hit and is currently at AA. With the way he's producing, he could get a move to AAA and be ready to hold down an MLB OF spot sometime in 2014.

You're right, I forgot him.
Frankly Michael, I don't think the Mets are going to field a fully competitive team until 2015 anyway.
Peterson, Austin Wilson, and Brandon Nimmo has a nice ring to it.
I could live with that, but I'd like at least 1 OF who has proven he can play at the MLB level.
