Isotopes 8 - 51s 5

The Isotopes defeated the 51s, 8-5, in the finale of the four-game series and eight-game homestand on Tuesday afternoon in the 10th Annual School Day Game (sponsored by Anderson Dairy & Blue Bunny) at Cashman Field before a crowd of 11,522 (8,800 of which were 5th grade students from the Clark County School District)...Las Vegas split the four-game series and the homestand (4-4 record)...the PCL has a scheduled off day on Wednesday...the 51s will emabark on an eight-game "Midwest" road trip beginning on Thursday in Omaha, Neb., against the Storm Chasers, Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals (May 16-19)...Las Vegas will then travel to Des Moines, Iowa to face the Cubs, Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, from May 20-23.
