Alien Hat Night): The Las Vegas 51s professional baseball team will host division-rival, the Sacramento River Cats, Triple-A affiliate of the Oakland A’s, tonight in the finale of the four-game series and eight-game homestand in Pacific Coast League action at Cashman Field (9,334)…Las Vegas is 3-4 on its first “homestand” of the season (1-3 vs. Colorado Springs;
2-1 vs. Sacramento)…Las Vegas will open a brief-four-game road trip at Colorado Springs, Colo., tomorrow evening against the Sky Sox, Triple-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies…the series will conclude on Tuesday, April 23…the first scheduled off day is April 24.
Las Vegas defeats Sacramento 10-6 for second straight
victory: The 51s defeated the River Cats 10-6 last night in
game three of the four-game series before a Budweiser
Dollar Beer Night crowd of 3,901 at Cashman Field.
Las Vegas offense: The 51s recorded 13 hits and built a 5-
0 lead after three innings. Five players recorded multiple-hit
games: right fielder Andrew Brown was 3-for-5, double,
triple, RBI, two runs scored; designated hitter Wilmer
Flores was 2-for-4, walk, HR, 3 RBI, two runs scored;
center fielder Juan Lagares was 2-for-4, walk, triple, RBI,
two runs scored; left fielder Eric Campbell was 2-for-5,
RBI, two runs scored and third baseman Brian Bixler was
2-for-4, RBI, run scored.
Sacramento offense: The River Cats recorded 9 hits and
catcher Luke Montz was 2-for-4 with a pair of two, two-run
home runs (6th & 8th innings). Designated hitter Stephen
Vogt and second baseman Grant Green were each 2-for-4
and first baseman Daric Barton was 1-for-3, solo HR.
Las Vegas pitching: Left-hander Darin Gorski recorded
his first career Triple-A victory. He pitched 5.2 innings and
allowed 6 hits, 3 runs, issued no walks and struck out 4.

0.1 and allowed 1 hit and 1 run. Right-handers Greg Burke
