Mets catcher Chance Sisco says he's feeling better after that home-plate collision with Andrew Stevenson on Friday night. He felt a little foggy yesterday, but concussion tests came back negative and he's feeling OK today.

The Mets optioned Travis Blankenhorn back to Triple-A Syracuse today. They'll carry three catchers for now, with James McCann only just coming back from injury and Chance Sisco still ailing.

Robert Gsellman, who has been sidelined since June 19 due to a torn right lat, is scheduled to pitch today for Class A St. Lucie. It's the beginning a rehab assignment for Gsellman, who should be back in the Mets' bullpen later this month.

Looks like Jacob deGrom is stretching out to 100+ feet today for the first time in his catch progression. He had previously been at 75 feet. Still probably a week away from getting on a mound, though, which is the much bigger step.
