http://www.baseballamerica.com/today/high-school/events/under-armour-preseason-all-america-tournament/2010/2610524.html  - IF/OF - Lufkin (Texas) HS McFarland is an outstanding athlete with a strong, proportioned frame. He is an above-average runner with a quick bat and natural power from right-center field over. McFarland is a versatile defender who can play the infield and outfield and will be coming to the Under Armour game fresh off his stint with the USA 18U national team.

8-16-10 from: - http://www.mlbbonusbaby.com/2010/8/16/1625615/2010-under-armour-all-american#storyjump  - Chris McFarland, IF/OF, Lufkin HS (Tex.) - Committed to Rice, McFarland has some of the quickest hands in the high school ranks, and they stood out immediately during batting practice. The right-hander showed surprising pop to all fields for his frame, staying inside the ball well and using plus bat speed to project for above-average power potential. An outstanding athlete as well, showcasing a very strong, yet somewhat erratic arm at the hot corner and getting down to first base at 4.0-4.1 during the game and an even better runner underway. McFarland has legitimate five-tool potential and is just beginning to scratch the surface of what he can do during game action.

8-29-10 from: - http://www.mlbbonusbaby.com/2010/8/16/1625615/2010-under-armour-all-american#comments  – Chris McFarland may be my guy from this event. Good hands, quick swing, stays inside the pitch, good actions all around and room to get stronger without compromising his wheels. Of all guys I saw, he and Delmonico were the ones who said ‘ballplayer’ while you watched them.
