According to Rafael Rojas of Viva Colorado, Wilson Ramos has been kidnapped in Venezuela.
Viva Colorado is a bilingual news source connected to the Denver Post. There isn't much more information available at the moment, only that Ramos was taken from his home in the town of Maracay. More to come.

Mack, I can't even place this player. Nationals catcher...I-Rod, Flores..., but dont remember him. These guys make big bucks and it's well known that in some counties kidnappings are a major source of income. Stating the obvious, a lot of these players who head home have targets on their backs.
