   Draft is so unpredictable that it appears the 'Stros and Cubs @1-2 are in quandaries, and teams think the Rockies @3 go 1B Dominic Smith.

   
   

   
   

   Colorado picking 1B Dominic Smith at #3 could really throw the first round into a new direction.

   
   

   We have to assume that Mark Appel, Jonathan Gray, Kris Bryant, Collin Moran, and Clint Frazier will be picked by one of the other teams that have a pick before the Mets.

   
   

   That's six gone and four more to go before the Mets pick.

   
   

   Meaning... Ryne Stanek, Kohl Stewart, Trey Ball, Reese McGuire, D.J. Peterson, and Austin Meadows are the pool for the four teams picking before the Mets.

   
   

   Every time a 'wild card' like Smith comes out of the woodwork, there is one more blue-chipper available.
