Congrats to Smith, but at the same time, I imagine Tyler Bashlor is wondering when his turn for a promo will come. The man who fanned 15 per 9 innings last year has only gotten into 2 games for Binghamton so far, but has tossed 4 perfect innings with 4 Ks.
