No surprise names to me there, McGowan being the closest. I thought Burdick would show more in 2018, but he did not.
Cone (10th round) had 1 homer in 261 games. Strom (22nd round) had 6 homers in 174 games. Both hit .235 or less. Gamble with drafting power bats in those rounds, giving you a chance to get lucky.
McGowan did surprise me a bit considering the dreck they often retain as filler at the AAA level, but all of those Sandy Alderson relief pitcher acquisitions are bound to blossom someday, right? Right? RIGHT?
I wonder what other outfielders' days are numbered?
Two could be Champ Stuart (.136) must be one. Biondi (.221)?
Several guys like Lindsay will be moving up.
Excuse my ignorance, but there is nothing to really see here, right? It would seem that some space is being made for advancement, etc?

Space is always made for draft picks and Latin kids coming out of the DSL teams
