http://diamondscapescouting.com/articles_aflacallamerican2010_10playerstowatch_08152010.html - RHP, Broken Arrow HS (Okl.) -- Bradley is one of the more imposing arms on the slate at Aflac, standing at 6-4/215 and producing easy low-90s fastball velocity. His breaker is a hard low-80s offering with tight spin, which he throws with confidence. Like Derek "Bubba" Starling (who participated in Under Armour's All-America Game this weekend), much of the excitement surrounding Bradley stems from the fact that his attention has been divided between baseball and football, and big growth could come in short order should he decide to focus on the mound. Also like Starling, the talented Oklahoma two-sport standout is highly touted as a quarterback -- he'll be playing college ball (baseball and football) in-state should he forgo professional baseball next summer.
8-18-10 from: - http://www.hardballtimes.com/main/article/the-2010-aflac-all-american-baseball-classic - The only other pitcher to work more than a single inning, right-hander Archie Bradley (Broken Arrow, Okla.), retired the side in order in the fifth and sixth, fanning four in the process. Bradley, who has committed to play football (quarterback) and baseball at Oklahoma, featured a fastball in the low-90s and didn't allow any solid contact.
8-27 from: - http://xmlbscout.angelfire.com/ - RHP Archie Bradley Muskogee HS, Oklahoma 6'3 205 - power arm righty with above ave ML CB that's a knuckle curve, with sharp downer action and control is good of it. FB velo varies, will touch 95 on occ, pitches at 88-91 consistently, should increase as he gets football out of his system. Is a top notich HS QB and early commit to OU, but also loves this game and will be highly scouted early next spring. Comps to Brad Penny, but Brad's more max effort, this kid tends to get better as the game goes along and does it easy.
9-24 from: - http://bleacherreport.com/articles/470764-2010-mlb-mock-draft-40-shaking-up-the-order-and-the-picks#page/2 - There's a number of top notch high school arms in this year's draft, and to me, Archie Bradley offers the most upside. He has the ultimate pitcher's body, he has excellent stuff, and again to me, has the best chance to reach his ceiling as a top-notch starter. Bradley's one issue is with his command, but Jameson Taillon had the same concern heading into his senior year of high school. Now, he's cashing huge checks in Pittsburgh after sharpening his command, and earning his way as the number two overall pick.
