robmorrison14's comments: LA is already a beast, so just grabbing some young pieces to fill the slots of players they can't afford to pay in a few years will help out. Edarian Williams is a player that will be seeing a lot of and the Dodgers would be lucky to have it be in their jersey.

Edarian Williams and his fellow Rebels were moments away from hopping on a bus and heading west to face 18th-ranked UC Santa Barbara Gauchos in the Golden State. However, that trip to the California coast never came to be as the weekend, nonconference series was canceled out of precautionary measures to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

The Rancho High School grad – like the team – was starting to get things going offensively, as well. In his last nine games, the 2019 Mountain West Co-Freshman of the Year had posted a .363 batting average, going 12-for-33 at the plate and collecting a hit in all but one outing. In the SJU series alone, he had six hits that resulted in seven RBI and five runs scored, including a three-hit, three-RBI and three-run effort in the series finale.

Mack's spin -

Williams' bat was just coming alive when the season came to a screeching halt. I can't wait to follow this kid this spring and see what he will do.

Right now, I project the spray hitter as a late Day 2 pick, but that could rise with a good 2021 season.
