Did they announce if its to start a game or eat multiple innings due to the matz start taxing the bullpen ?

Rafael Montero is on his way to NYC, but the #Mets won't be activating him before tonight's game. He's on the taxi squad.
Hmmm that sounds like he starts in place of degrom once he officially gets put on paternity leave then. That way nobody gets demoted.
I would like to see him start. That might answer some depth questions for the rotation.
