David
Peterson started and took the loss while pitching 4 innings and giving up two unearned
runs on 5 hits and 1 BB with 3 K’s. Overall,
David has a 0.00 ERA in 10.1 innings giving up 10 hits, 5 walks, 10 Ks and a
1.45 WHIP.
Jordan
Humphreys followed with three innings giving up 2 hits, 2 BBs and his first
earned run of the year. After Saturday,
Jordan has a 0.93 ERA and a 0.93 WHIP in 9.2 innings, 6 hits, 3 BBs and 5
Ks.
Ryley
Gilliam then pitched the eighth giving up his first earned run of the year on
two hits striking out two. He now has a

Blake Taylor
then pitched a scoreless ninth to finish the game. This Fall Blake Taylor has pitched 4 games, 5

Patrick

Blake Taylor - my prediction is you may see him in the Mets bullpen next season, perhaps even the opening day roster.
Peterson and Humphreys looking good. Gilliam has also given up 4 unearned runs.
Sanchez in fairness has been on base 7 of 20 times, despite his 3 for 16, with just 4 Ks. There are 3 guys (non_Mets) on that team that have already combined to fan 46 times in 113 plate appearances, so Ali is good at contact - now he needs to get good at hits.
