A few blunt assessments -
1. We most probably NOT see Thomas Szapucki pitch this season.
2. We most probably will NOT see Jordan Humphreys pitch this season.
3. Scouts are downgrading Justin Dunn's 'stuff' and his only future might be as a middle reliever.
4, we drafted damage goods when we picked Anthony Kay and we still haven't seen him pitch a pitch in organized ball
5. we can only hope at this point that Chris Flexen didn't take a step back last season.
6. Our number one pick last season may have a 'bad toe'.
7. And... this is the best we have.
I want Mike fulmer to report, and as he is on the trading block, I would give up anybody they want to re-acquire him. Could oswalt, molina,nimmo, guillorme, dunn, gonzalez,smith,rivera,plawecki,gsellman get it done? All ten make minimum!
