T.J. Rivera went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and the Mets recorded 11 hits as they held off the Bradenton Marauders with a 7-5 victory on Tuesday at Digital Domain Park.
Rafael Montero tossed 5 2/3 innings and earned the victory, allowing two earned runs and eight hits with four strikeouts.
Hamilton Bennett gave up an unearned run in 1 1/3 innings and struck out three.
Adam Kolarek picked up his 15th save of the season and allowed one run and one hit in two innings with one walk and two strikeouts.
Cory Vaughn went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI while Aderlin Rodriguez went 1-for-4 and drove in a run.
Richard Lucas also drove in a run and Alonzo Harris scored two runs and had an RBI.
The Mets will host the Bradenton Marauders on Wednesday at Digital Domain Park at 6:30 p.m. Kyle Allen is the scheduled starter for the Mets.
