Can someone tell me why TJ Rivera who seems to hit well isn't valuable to the Mets and hasn't been given any opportunity at the ML level?

I'd like to see TJ Rivera get a real look in spring training. Bring on spring training!

like to see rivera get his chance. if we dont lose him in rule 5.

Rule 5 can be a lifeline for a guy blocked in a current organization. TJ may well find greener pastures elsewhere, although it would be sweet to make the bigs in his hometown.
