We've added another great writer to the blog.
Alex Merricks, ex- pitcher for the Minnesota Twins and New York Mets organization, has joined the growing list of writers here on Mack's Mets.
Merricks, who can still throw it 96, will be added his own slant on baseball, in general, or whatever the heck else he wants to write about.
Alex was a 4th round pick by the Minnesota Twins who was signed before last season by the New York Mets. Things didn't work out for... well, we'll let him tell you if he wants to.
Watch for his "stuff" soon...
